The 11th Annual Holiday Tea & Fashion Show, “A Stellar Holiday,” is this Friday, December 1. This event, a major fundraiser for the General Lew Wallace Study & Museum, is hosted at the Elston Homestead and the Lane Place. Ticket-holders are invited to visit the holiday event any time between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Located at 212 South Water Street, Lane Place was the home of Henry and Joanna Lane, sister to Susan Wallace. Lane Place will feature live holiday music.
The popular holiday wreath and decoration sale will return again this year. Local artists and designers have created unique holiday wreaths that will be available for purchase, beginning at 4:00 p.m. These decorations make great gifts for loved ones, business associates, or clients. All proceeds from wreath sales go directly to the Lew Wallace Study.
The selection of wreaths is sure to please any taste. Many of the stunning wreaths incorporate decorations handmade by the artists, including clay ornaments, knitted flags, and more. Special thanks go to the wreath designers for their generous donations of time and talents!
